Beautiful House built in 2012. Close to USU Campus and Downtown Logan. Home is in a quiet area, close to parks, stores and tons of restaurants. 12 off street parking spots behind the house. Gorgeous kitchen with new appliances and 3 awesome fridges. Big kitchen table and 3 large comfy couches. 2 Washers and Dryers in the house for your use. Wi-Fi and V provided. Beautiful front porch which is absolutely wonderful for enjoying coffee in the morning or some warm tea in the evening.

Great choice!

We had a large family from Minnesota gather for a Logan wedding. This home was perfectly and centrally located near the university, LDS Temple, and shopping centers for last minute needs. It was very well equipped with cups, plates and cutlery for 20 people. Enough cooking utensils (spatulas, spoons, pots, dish cloths) for making food for the house guests and enough space to prepare all things, including a three tier cake for the wedding reception. All the family members were so happy we were not stuck in hotel rooms trying to accomplish all the tasks. The rear parking for the home was spacious and privately enclosed so we were not concerned about safety. There were plenty of bathing towels and pillows for 20. We would be happy to recommend this property. We were all very comfortable.

Just right for our family reunion

When our daughter arrived at the house, she was really disappointed because, as she put it, "There were crumbs on the floors; the beds were not made; we--meaning Melissa, her husband, and her daughter--can't stay here." We called Josh Barnett, and he had his cleaning crew come over. They were just finishing when our group arrived after the reception. Josh sent ice cream over as an apology--which was yummy. I thought the house was great, with one exception. The mattresses on the two beds downstairs were really awful Our teenage daughter, who had back surgery a few years ago, was crying because her back was really hurting. I think it was because of sleeping on "a too-soft mattress." (I don't know if you remember that commercial from years ago. :) ) Anyway, I would recommend that you replace the mattresses on the main floor. Other than that, our stay was perfect. The living room furniture was comfortable. It was great to have three refrigerators in the kitchen. It was nice to have enough room to set up two more tables with benches to accommodate our family. One more good thing: The big parking lot worked really well when our son used his pickup to pull a trailer loaded with kayaks for us to use at the reservoir. He had no trouble parking it--even with our other kids' cars in the parking area. We made sure that the kitchen was swept, the clean dishes were put away, and the dishwasher had been started before we left. The key is in the lockbox hanging on the front door. Thank you, Josh.
