On the edge of the seaside resort of Clohars-Carnoët, this house is set in a large enclosed garden with a lawn.

In the countryside, but very close to the center of the village, this vacation home welcomes you with practical furnishings. Here you can enjoy a cozy getaway with your family. One bedroom has direct access to the terrace, where you can eat your meals during the day and enjoy the warm summer evenings outdoors. Use the house as a good starting point for excursions in the surrounding area.

The center of Clohars-Carnoët and the picturesque port of Doëlan are not far from here. You can take many wonderful walks, e.g. through the Carnoët forest, along the river Laïta or along the coast. The beaches of Pouldu offer the best conditions for swimming in high season and are also popular with surfers. In the evening, the beautiful town of Quimperlé invites you to stroll along its cobbled streets. Pont-Aven, Concarneau and Lorient are also within easy reach.

Une déception

Nous avons été très déçus par cette location. La maison est humide (fissurée sur l'extérieur), les meubles dans la grande salle sont inutilisables (odeur d'humidité et produit pour les insectes). La cuisine est peu équipée (pas de hotte aspirante ni de lave-vaisselle, la vaisselle est à revoir également), le grille-pain ne fonctionnait pas ainsi qu'un problème au niveau du réfrigérateur (pas de congélateur et souci au niveau du joint d'étanchéité qui ne permettait pas de fermer correctement la porte). La machine à laver est vétuste (rouillée et faible capacité d'essorage). Malgré les photos sur l'annonce, nous nous attendions à beaucoup mieux pour ce tarif !

Maison très confortable mais des points à corriger

La propriétaire est très aimable et arrangeante et la maison est très agréable mais les deux armoires dans la salle de séjour - au demeurant anciennes et d'aspect agréable - sont inutilisables vu l'odeur de moisi malgré le bol de bicarbonate qui y est placé. Dommage.
