This vacation accommodation on three floors is located near the old slate quarries of the inland of Lavagna, a pretty village on the Ligurian Riviera. On the second floor with entrance from the garden: Living room with kitchen. On the first floor: single bedroom with WC. On the third floor attic: double bedroom, bathroom. The outdoor area is characterized by a pleasant pergola with wood stove and a green area to relax. The house is located on the route of the Alta Via of the Ligurian mountains. Welcome basket for the guests. Arrivals at other times are possible only on request.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to one pet is allowed.

Erholsame Ruhe in einem Weiler und doch nahe der Küste

Das Häuschen ist klein, aber gut geschnitten und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr schön in einem Weiler mit etwa 15 unbewohnten und bewohnten Häusern. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die schönen Orte Rapallo, Portofino usw sind gut zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt eine typisch italienische Unterkunft für eine Auszeit abseits des Trubels in schöner naturnaher Lage. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
