This lovely 90m² house is modern and tastefully decorated, offering proximity to various top attractions in La Rochelle, such as Vieille Ville and Vieux Port!

Inside, the house features an open floor plan. The living room has a large sofa and a TV, perfect for enjoying your favourite shows. A dining table for four is also provided. From there, you can immerse yourself in nature, enjoying the fresh morning air or relaxing in the peaceful garden.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential cookware and cutlery you'll need to prepare delicious meals. It includes a stove, an oven, and a microwave for your convenience.

There are three bedrooms with a double bed each and a fourth bedroom with a single bed. All bedrooms are equipped with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

La Rochelle is a coastal city in southwestern France and the capital of the Charente-Maritime department. It's been a centre for fishing and trade since the 12th century, a maritime tradition reflected in its Vieux Port (old harbour) and huge, modern Les Minimes marina. The old town has half-timbered medieval houses and Renaissance architecture, including passageways covered by 17th-century arches.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, La Rochelle Porte Dauphine, is just a 15-minute walk.

La Rochelle Airport is approximately an 11-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
