About this property

About 450 m² of living space offers this vacation home surrounded by forest and meadows, situated on a natural plot. The main house has 5 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower/WC and a WC with sink (just by the pool area with a shower). Living room with dining table for 16 persons. Parallel to the main house is an associated large activity house with 3 double rooms, a toilet with sink and a separate shower, kitchenette without stove, table soccer, table tennis, billiards and even home theater. Small covered terrace and large open terrace with rattan garden furniture. Hiking and walking trail directly in front of the property. Ski resort Vallåsen 20 km. Deposit and final cleaning payable on arrival and on site. Electricity costs are according to consumption, also paid locally. German and Swedish television.

Please note that: Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed.
