About this property

Lovely family friendly townhouse with 4beds and 3 baths located in the heart of Central Florida. The resort Community amenities include a pool, water slide, lazy river, volleyball court, bar, restaurant and spa. Only a 15 minute drive to Disney. Small drive to to nearby restaurants, Starbucks, Publix, Target and shopping centers, etc. 30 minutes to drive to Universal and 25 minutes drive to SeaWorld.

Guests are required to pay a $20 daily resort fee at check-in to use the amenities.

The place is very good, it has everything you need, it is clean, tidy and comfortable. I spent 6 days there.

Needs some attention but would stay here again.

First I’d like to say that I’ve stayed at one of these properties at Regal Palms before that is why we stayed here again. This particular unit needs some maintenance. There are some outlets that do not work. Most of the outlets in the rooms are covered behind furniture making it difficult to find a place to charge your phone or plug in my CPAP. The upstairs master bedroom has dust on the ceiling from the ac vent. After looking around, the ac filter is way to small leaving a 2” gap so I’m sure the coils are filthy. Most of the tv/ cable remotes didn’t have any batteries in them. So we couldn’t watch tv the whole week (which I personally didn’t mind). The worst part about this unit along with all of the others backed up to Sand Mine Rd was the road noise during the night from the quarry trucks. Overall it’s a nice place but management needs to be little more prepared for quests. I would stay it again if I needed a place to stay. I definitely will stay somewhere inside Regal Palms resort. The “water park” inside is the best part about this place. The kids love it.

Spacious for my family

I have four teenagers and an adult niece so the bedroom layout was perfect. Check in and out was very easy. We didn't get to the amenities but I would return and stay a little longer next time. I only recommend updated blinds. They were broken in some rooms which sacrificed privacy.

Great place

The house was clean and comfy for my family of 6…. The amenities made the stay well worth it as well. My children had lots of fun in the pool area and game room

Nice place to stay

Our reservation was canceled the week before our trip on another site. But with this VRBO they were so quick to get us confirmation that we had somewhere to stay! My kids loved the pool area. For sure was a great area to stay and will stay there again!
