The accommodations are furnished in Tuscan style and are located in a beautifully restored antique building. Each accommodation has its own outdoor area equipped for al fresco dining and where you can enjoy a glass of the excellent Vernaccia di San Gimignano. This beautiful city, famous all over the world for its medieval towers, whose walls and one of its ancient gates are just a stone's throw from the property, can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Stroll through the main streets of the beautiful old town with its numerous stores, restaurants, bars and wine bars. You will feel like you are in a charming and timeless place! In addition to the private outdoor areas of each apartment, there is another panoramic green area with garden furniture dedicated to all guests. Reserved parking space for each apartment on the property. Small laundry with shared washing machine. Accommodation ITN418 has an area equipped with a gazebo in front of the living room, while apartments ITN416 and ITN417 have a green area in an elevated position, a few meters away and equipped with its own gazebo. From this charming place you can quickly reach the beautiful cities of Tuscany: Siena (37 km), Volterra (30 km), but also Florence (50 km). Golf lovers have the opportunity to visit a nearby international golf club (22km).

Terrible - We left midweek, due to disruptive noise

The location is wonderful. But the building is damp, the crockery and cutlery is poor and old. We could have tolerated these issues, but the lack of sound insulation between floors is terrible. The occupants above had a young Family, a dog and a habit of dragging things along the floor above us. This would not be such a big deal during the day, but this disruption continues until at least midnight almost every night. We were just getting constant disruption of our sleep and decided to leave after only four nights. There is no-one at the property to discuss this with, so we locked the building and left, never to return. San Gimignano is beautiful and the apartment is in a fantastic location, but the place needs some love and attention to detail, it could be so much more.
