About this property

This luxury villa is a family villa located in Calabay Parc Community.

The villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the two master bedrooms are en-suites with direct access to the pool area and the two twin rooms share the main bathroom.

The villa is ideally situated in Calabay Parc on US 27, approximately 5 minutes North of Interstate 4, and 5 minutes South of US192. We are 15-20 minutes from Disney, 25 minutes from Universal Studios and about 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Highlands Reserve Golf Course is less than 5 minutes north and Southern Dunes Golf Course about 15 minutes south on US27. Champions Gate golf course is also just 5 minutes down the road.

There are restaurants, a gas station, a Publix supermarket, chemist and bank just a few minutes away by car and many more eating places on the US192 and Interstate 4. We strongly recommend a trip to Manny’s Chop House which is about 15 minutes south on the US 27 near Southern Dunes Golf Course and Wal-Mart. there is now also a new Manny's which is slightly closer on the US192.

The pool (which can be heated at extra cost) overlooks a garden area and has a covered Lanai and pool furniture. There is an attached spa for your enjoyment. Heating of the pool and spa is only available from October to March due to the hot weather.

The fully equipped kitchen is open plan to the living room with a breakfast bar; there is a formal dining room.
There is also a separate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Calabay Parc

Property as advertised. The host was great to work with, the pool needed topping up with water when we first got there, I contacted Margaret and someone was there within 15 minutes to do it. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, close to everything.

Home away from home

My family and I had a beautiful stay at this property. Kitchen had pots and pans needed for cooking. The pool was a pleasure. The property was nice, clean and well kept. A distance from Orlando but definitely nice to be a little away from the inner city. Plenty of places to eat within 15-20 min drive. Publix and Walmart 10-15mins away. The ranch stay home was definitely a home away from home.
