We offer this charming 130 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool and mountain view for rent in Villeneuve-de-Berg, which can accommodate up to 7 guests. It features a lovely 60 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower and bath), as well as a 2,000 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

- A private 8mx3m unheated saltwater swimming pool, open from mid-May to mid-October (opening dates non-contractual)
- A 60 m² south-west-facing terrace with outdoor kitchen and furniture for enjoying fine weather
- A beautiful 2,000 m² garden

The house is ideally located in Villeneuve-de-Berg, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage, which can accommodate up to 3 vehicles, and in the house's private parking lot, which can also accommodate 3 vehicles.
