As advertised - the unit is clean and is a nice space .

The pillows as previously reviewed are uncomfortable and should have been replaced. The mattress is not comfortable Towels are good. The unit is clean There is an overpowering smell of cannabis in the hallway in the evening

Gem in Jacksonville

Was a perfect place to stay. Amenities were great and place was very clean. Neighbors very friendly. Great environment to enjoy some time, fire pit, grills and pool were great. Close to grocery stores and beaches. Wife was very sad to leave….so was the dog;)

So close to 5

Nice place. Modern and clean. Had everything one would need. Good location. But we stayed for a week and the bed was broken and extremely uncomfortable. The second day of our stay there was a large box delivered to the front door that said it was a new bed, which means they were aware the bed was broken. Not cool. Probably wouldn’t have minded for a night or two but for a longer stay, kinda ruins the experience.
