Inside this premium, single-level getaway, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances to help you easily prepare your favorite recipes. Enjoy a snack at the kitchen island with counter seating or meet up for meals at the dining table - ideal for family game nights! The adjacent living area includes comfortable sofas, a gas fireplace, and a TV for watching your favorite shows and movies. (Includes a NES Classic Edition game console, board games, and puzzles are provided.) You'll also find a cozy fireside nook with a desk, chair, monitor, and printer for remote work or schooling. High-speed WiFi and a Pack 'n Play add convenience during your stay. And outside, this condo includes a gas grill on the patio to add a little spice to your home-cooked menu. Enjoy access to the complex's two indoor hot tubs!
Located in the heart of Breckenridge, the Sawmill Creek Condominiums are located directly at the base of the Four O' Clock Ski Run, while the gondola, for access to Peak 7 and 8, the ski school, and ice skating, is a short walk away. You can also hop aboard the free shuttle that picks up right outside the building. Historic Main Street is only a block from this property, along with several local restaurants and entertainment options. Be sure to pop into the Mountain Top Cookie Shop to pick up a few tasty treats! And when you need a break from the mountain, hike to Isak the Breckenridge Troll for a selfie, check out the Frisco Nordic Center, or head to Dillon Reservoir for fun in and on the water, just a little over 12 miles from your door.
THINGS TO KNOW
Access to this condo from the outside of the building; there are outdoor staircases that go up the single flight if you prefer. (The entrance is located on the second level, but the patio door opens up onto ground level.)
Sleds are provided.
Due to local rules and regulations, the common area facilities are operating on a limited basis, however not all amenities may be open. This is subject to change at any time.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Ski shuttle details:
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
