-We kindly remind you that parties and other loud festivities are not allowed in the property

-End-of-stay cleaning is included and you have the option to benefit from cleaning and laundry services during your stay on request, as a supplement. Linen (sheets, pillowcases and bed covers), towels and bath mats are provided.

-The property has AC installed in the ground floor (4 bedrooms & living area) No AC in downstairs for 2 bedrooms ONLY fan.

-The indoor and outdoor table can accommodate up to 8 people.

-There is no front desk on this site. That being said, our property is equipped with a digicode, and the code will be sent to you via email and text message the day of your arrival. Rest assured, our on-site staff are available to assist you if needed.

-Need a car to get to the property.

-In light of the limited rainfall experienced on the Costa Brava in recent months, water usage restrictions have been implemented across the region. As a result, you may notice some differences in the garden compared to the photos, and the pool may not be filled to its maximum capacity due to evaporation.

-Regrettably, due to the ongoing drought conditions on the Costa Brava, barbecue activities are prohibited this summer.
