Beautiful cottage in a quiet area.

In the heart end of the house there is a good and large kitchen and a nice living room with good furniture. The surrounding area convinces with beautiful nature, ideal for expeditions on foot and by bike.

The house is close to the towns of Næstved and Vordingborg, where you can shop, eat and take a nice walk. BonBon land for children is only 30 minutes away by car, just as Copenhagen is also half an hour away by car. If you are a fisherman, you have good fishing opportunities on the coasts. In both Næstved and Vordingborg there are possibilities for shopping and going to restaurants.

Ersatzferienhaus

Wir hatten ein anderes Haus gebucht, das aber dann nicht mehr zur Verfügung stand. Dieses Haus hat eine gute Lage, ruhig und relativ zentral auf Seeland. Es war sauber. Bei genauerem hinsehen wirkte es tatsächlich wie Ersatz. Es muss überholt werden. Außen war alles eingesponnen. Teilweise sollten Dinge ersetzt werden. Gut war die Klimaamlage. Wir haben unseren Urlaub gemacht und das genossen, was ging.

Eigentlich hatten wir uns auf einen schönen Urlaub gefreut...

Wir haben das Objekt ausgewählt, da es zum einen für uns in perfekter Lage zu Ausflugszielen, wie Kopenhagen, Odense und den schönen Stränden Dänemarks gelegen ist und zum anderen sehr ansprechend aussah. Leider wurden wir eines anderen belehrt. Die Hauptkritikpunkte sind Sauberkeit und Möbelierung. Sauber war es keinesfalls, Küche verdreckt (Schränke, Kühlschrank, ...) Bad verdreckt (u.a. Toilette...) Betten verdreckt, Sitzpolster der Sitzecke verdreckt. Außerdem wirkt die komplette Möbellierung sehr abgewohnt. Weiterer Kritikpunkt ist, dass für die eingeschaltete Heizung (bei 28°C Außentemperatur) sehr spät erst der Ausschalter gefunden werden konnte und somit eine hohe Stromrechnung fällig war, mal abgesehen vom schwitzen. Kaffeemaschine war auch defekt. Zu guter letzt wurde uns nach der Abreise noch eine Rechnung für ein defektes Waschbecken präsentiert, welches bei unserer Abreise jedoch völlig in Ordnung war. Fazit: Niemals mehr mit diesem Anbieter!!!!

Sehr geräumiges und offenes Häuschen

Das Haus ist perfekt für zwei Personen von der Größe. Vorallem der große Aufenthaltsraum mit Küche und Wohnzimmer hat es uns angetan. Im Sommer ist die Terrasse bestimmt sehr schön!
