Tahoe Donner Spacious Home with Hot Tub

As you enter the house you are greeted by high ceilings that give a house a very spacious feel. The giant sunny windows fill the room and make a perfect space to entertain your family or friends.

Relax on the couch by the 65-inch flat screen TV or cozy up around the woodstove with some hot tea to talk about your day on the mountain. Everything you need is on this main level including a fully equipped kitchen, dining room table and access to the private deck surrounded by giant pines.

One level down, you will find another great space to entertain and unwind. Three bedrooms are downstairs, as well a large office space complete with work desk, a small table set up for a game of Backgammon and a couch that turns into a queen sleeper sofa. Grab a drink from the downstairs mini fridge or make one at the wet bar before hitting the indoor hot tub and sauna. This is the perfect way to unwind after a long day of skiing or a big summer hike. The three bedrooms are set up with a Double Bed, twin beds in the second and a double set of twin bunk beds in the third bedroom.

On the upper level of the house is the open space loft. This is a loft style, open space master bedroom that looks down on the main floor of the house. Complete with king bed, en suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub, and walk in closet.

*Tahoe Donner Amenities: The Trout Creek Rec Center is several miles down Northwoods Blvd so you will have to drive there. Vacation Rentals Guests do not have access to the Ski Bowl HOA amenities or pool.

*As part of your rental, you will have 2 guest passes. Each pass allows up to 4 guests per card to access Tahoe Donner facilities including pools, hot tub, children's play center, tennis, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snow play area, golf, driving range, beach access at nearby Donner Lake, boat rentals, fitness center, horseback riding, campground, and an extensive system of hiking trails. Guest access fees are currently $17 per person per day. Children 7 and under are free.

PROPERTY NOTES
* We provide a starting supply of toilet paper, paper towel, and laundry detergent, but recommend bringing extra for longer stays.
* We do not provide shampoo / conditioner / or body wash although there could be some left from previous guests.
* We recommend 4 x 4, AWD, or carrying snow chains in the winter months.
* There is no air conditioning in this rental.
* Firewood is not provided, but can be purchased at most local shops.
