Our large and design apartment is on the 3rd floor of a historical building 50 m to Galata Tower which is one of the most historical, iconic landmarks of Istanbul/Turkey. It is placed at the heard of the city. Cosy and boutique cafes, upmarket restaurants, independent design shops, galleries and wine cellars are all within walking distance. Our large flats welcomes large groups and families.

The flat is 50 meters to Galata Tower and 150 meters to İstiklal Street which is pedestrian street that takes you Taksim Square... By walking 4-5 minutes to Karaköy you can take tram and go to Hagia Sofia, Topkapı Palace, Sultan Ahmet Mosque and Grand Bazaar Area... The metro is two hundered meter which is just two minutes walking distance.

The nearest metro station is Şişhane (200m), which gives you easy access to the all parts of Istanbul.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in sehr zentraler und tritzdem sehr ruhiger und zentraler Lage nahe Galata-Turm.

Alles war zur absoluten Zufriedenheit der gesamten Reisegruppe. Die Wohnung ist ideal für den Stadttrip. Das Vermieterteam leistet vollumfängliche und zuverlässigste Arbeit. Selten haben wir uns so gut betreut gefühlt.Uns fehlte und missfiel nichts betreffend die Wohnung. Die 70 Stufen zum erklimmen der Unterkunft sind eine sportliche Betätigung und daher nur für gehbehinderte ein Problem.Wir empfehlen allesamt diese Unterkunft und würden wiederkehren.Danke an den Vermieter und seinTeam !

Biz yedi kişilik bir grup olarak Erdem Bey’in evinde konakladık. Mekan ve objeler görsellerde olduğu gibiydi, iletişim her daim pürüzsüz ve çabuk bir şekilde gerçekleşti. Evin en büyük avantajı, üç tane duş ve iki tuvaletin birbirinden bağımsız olması; bu yüzden grubunuz büyük de olsa hiç aksaklık yaşamıyorsunuz. İlker bey ve Başak hanıma da ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Why they chose this property

We constructed the flat at the end of Agust.2019. Its construction lasted for two months. We worked with one of the best architects of Turkey who is Elif Ergin, Tasarımhane architecture office. People are giving nice reviews about the flat. Furnitures and wood plannings are special hand made. There is one shower in each bedroom which is made from granite. There is one A/C in every bedroom. It has a nice balcony with city view.
