This stunning home is perfectly located in Mountain Village, with access to two green ski runs that provide direct access to Chairs 1 and 10, and easy access to Chair 4. Ski in/out to the Lower Village Bypass run, or take 40 steps from the driveway to access the Meadows run. Rental of this home during ski season includes two transferrable Telluride Season Passes per day with no black-out dates and no restrictions, so right off the bat, you know this place is special. When you stay slopeside, you’ll have no problem finding ways to make the most of your vacation.
You won’t need a car at this home since it is a mere five minute walk to the Mountain Village core, where many shopping and dining opportunities await. For those who do not want to walk, take the free Mountain Village Dial-a-Ride service that is included with your stay. From the core, ride the free gondola to the Town of Telluride.

As you walk through the front door you are immediately welcomed with the top-notch finish out and well-appointed interior that is designed for entertaining. The main level boasts a massive great room with a high vaulted ceiling and a fireplace, an ideal place to enjoy quality time with your friends and family. A kitchen with high-end appliances, a large TV perfect for watching your favorite sporting events and movies, ski lockers, and a powder room are also on the main level. Play your favorite music on the Sonos sound system throughout the indoor and outdoor living areas. The two main bedrooms have en suite marble bathrooms with large steam showers. Downstairs is a separate living area with a TV, Xbox, and Play Station for the children (or the child in you). Also downstairs are two bedrooms–one with a King bed, and the other a bunkroom that can sleep six. The laundry room has a large washing machine and dryer.

Enjoy coming home to take in the last light of the day from multiple outdoor living spaces. The main level includes an expansive deck with several seating areas, a large dining table, and a high-end gas grill. A covered sitting area, fireplace, and hot tub are downstairs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
