Step up into the formal dining area with a table for six and French doors that open out to the enormous, furnished deck complete with a private gas grill. Quick snacks or full-course dinners can be prepared with ease in the well-equipped, eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, tiled countertops, and a breakfast bar. For a bit of fun, head down to the recently remodeled lower level boasting a pool table, foosball table, and home theater where you can watch your favorite movies with surround sound! This home also includes a quiet reading space - great for remote work or schooling.

Located in beautiful Pine Mountain Lake, a gated community just 23 miles from the entrance to Yosemite National Park, this area offers a variety of amenities to visitors including an 18-hole championship golf course, private lake, swim center, equestrian center, and fine dining at The Grill, just three miles from your door. You will also have several hiking trails to choose from close by including the Big Creek Trailhead which is less than a block away. Visiting anglers will also want to check out the local trout streams as well as Pine Mountain Lake Marina from where you can set off in your kayak, just a mile-and-a-half away. And less than a mile from this home, spend your days playing in the water or relaxing on the sand at Pine Mountain Lake Lodge Beach.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
