-Very centrally located, only 5 minutes away from HEB, 10 minutes from downtown Austin, close to great restaurants
-Your private room and bathroom is located on the 1st floor and is the only room downstairs so you have complete privacy
-Home is occupied by me and my roommate who has a small trained dog who doesn't shed
-2 living rooms equipped with couches and TVs
-Backyard is spacious and has sectional seating, cornhole game, and string lights that provide an amazing ambiance
