Welcome to Anchor House! Where beds are made upon your arrival in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom coastal home which comfortably sleeps 12! It provides the perfect setting for an unforgettable vacation where fun awaits! Anchor House is centrally located in the family friendly Tidelands neighborhood with direct beach access and just a quick 3 minute walk down to the beach. Access to the best dining, grocery store, boutique shopping and entertainment is a short drive or golf cart ride away. Free high-speed WIFI throughout the home.


Anchor House features an open concept living area, which allows for easy entertainment. The living room hosts comfortable seating with a smart TV, Blu-ray player, a variety of DVD’s, and a Bluetooth Bose speaker to play your favorite music. The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and large windows with an ocean view. The dining area comfortably seats 10 with 4 extra-large stools at the kitchen bar for the entire family to enjoy food and fun. The dining table separates into 2 tables for puzzles or fun game nights. Down the hall you’ll find a utility closet with a full-size LG washer and dryer, a pack-n-play and a highchair. Outside enjoy an extra-large half covered deck with Gulf views, porch swing, large dining table (great for meals outside), lounge deck furniture and chase chairs to soak up the sun or get lost in a novel. Downstairs offers a porch swing, hammock, sitting area, picnic table, tall table with 5 stools, outside hot-water shower, and a charcoal grill. This covered area is a perfect place to kick back and relax, enjoy quality time watching the kids play, having long conversations, cooking out, playing games or just resting in the hammock. It is a great space to relax after a fabulous day at the beach.


The primary bedroom is oversized with an en suite that offers a large walk-in shower with granite counter tops and double sinks, a comfortable king-size bed alongside a full size sofa sleeper, smart TV, Blu-ray player, ceiling fan and an ocean view. The bunk room is extra-large and features 2 queen beds, twin bunk beds with a twin trundle, smart TV, Blu-ray player, safe ceiling fan and closet. Nautical bedroom features a cozy queen bed, smart TV, ceiling fan and a closet. Hall bath offers beautiful granite counter tops and tub/shower combo.
