The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. Easy check in. Keys were not labeled though.
Cleaning fee a bit high. House was pretty clean, most importantly the bed sheets, sinks and shower/tub. Bath towels were pretty small, not bath sheets. The rust colored Master bed cover had some light stains, which I assume/hoping were permanent, and still clean like the sheets.
Master bed mattress was comfortable. The solid curtains do not fully cover the window, so can see thru a section of sheers. This may not be a big issue if there weren't condo buildings and parking lot in near distance. The living room slider does not have any window covering, so anyone can look right into the living room and kitchen from the condo parking lot. The living room slider glass itself was very clean.
There were a lot of spiders and other bugs around windows, some alive, some dead. It's the forest though.
The thermostat may need updating. Button to adjust temperature required pushing several times before it would actually work. Did need to turn on the heat for brisk October evening temps. Made sure to lower temp when not present at rental.
There was a string of lights wrapped around a front porch post plugged into a timer that may need to be reset, as lights turned on really early morning before dawn, instead of useful in evening when returning to rental after dinner.
The dishwasher was difficult to open, as no longer secured mount within the cabinet. Saw some clean items within it, but avoided opening it again for fear of damaging it.
Nice touch of a night light/incense burner in the master bedroom, releasing mild pleasant smell and enough light if need to walk to the bathroom.
House did exhibit wear, especially the walls with odd drywall patching and unfinished or mismatched paint surfaces in several rooms.
House is comfortable overall with plenty of space for couple and families.
