Private bedroom and private bathroom in a 2br 2bath completely remodeled luxury condo in the heart of West Hollywood in sunny Los Angeles! To clarify: I am staying in the condo as well. I have my own private room and my own bathroom inside my room, so you would have your own private room with your own bathroom as well.

Very central location that is walking distance to places like Alfred's Coffee, Urth Cafe, Ep+Lp, Nobu, Catch, Craig's, all the bars on Santa Monica Blvd., all the shops and stores on Melrose and also a quick drive to Hollywood, Beverly Hills, the Valley (Sherman Oaks/Encino/North Hollywood/Burbank etc.) and Santa Monica/Venice etc.

This place is ideal for business travelers or for people who are visiting LA and looking for a quiet and nice place to stay at night.

I work from home so I will either be at home in my room and/or running in and out during your stay and will mostly keep to myself, but open to chatting and conversing as much or as little as you prefer. Either way, I am readily available should you need anything during your stay.

I am super laidback, clean and respectful. If you are interested in renting the room, please let me know a little about yourself and what the purpose of your stay is! Looking forward to welcoming you :)

The absolute BEST place - 5 stars all around
I stayed here for a month and extended for a week because I didn’t want to leave! Amazing spot for anyone looking to stay in West Hollywood for a short term or long term stay. The location is walking distance from Melrose, Santa Monica blvd and Sunset with plenty of shops and places to eat. There’s also plenty of free street parking. The neighborhood is charming, quiet and peaceful. The place itself is spectacularly clean, oozing with natural light, large bedroom with ample closet space and modern bathroom with tons of storage. The place is completely renovated with modern appliances and W/D. The huge balcony, pool area and hot tub were a plus as well! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience as Li was hospitable, friendly, helpful and I’d stay there again when I’m back in LA in a heartbeat. Highly recommend 10/10.

I wanted a a very quiet, clean, and comfortable place, with off-street parking and laundry. This place was perfect! I loved the mid-century building- I did not get to use the pool area but it was very clean and well maintained. The grounds in general were beautiful. It was nice that there were no personal effects in the bedroom and that I had my own bathroom. This location was perfect for me .

Great space, location and host
I had a comfortable stay at Li’s place. The place is clean and modern and it’s one of the few places with garage parking. The apt is in a great part of town, close to the shops on Melrose and any easy distance to where I needed to go. Last but not least, Li was an attentive and accommodating host and I would recommend his place as a quality stay.

Could not be happier with this place!
This B&B experience was a 10/10. I flew in for my little sisters graduation and stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. Li was a fantastic host start to finish. He kept great communication with me from the booking process, to the craziness of navigating LAX, to the rental car place, until I finally arrived. After arriving, Li was a very gracious host, showed me around the place and made me feel welcomed and at home. The condo was extremely clean, with an upscale yet also laid back feel. The room was big with a large outdoor patio, plenty of closet space, the bed was a Queen and VERY comfortable(important to me) and the bathroom/shower was very nice and modern with a flexible shower head (I enjoy taking long showers and never ran out of hot water Haha). Parking was easy and convenient, The area around the building was beautiful with an “old money” suburban feel where I felt both myself and my vehicle were safe and secure, while also being within walking distance from the “Hollywood scene” with lots of restaurants/shops/things to do. Obviously I spent most of the time during the day away from the condo, but outside of my arrival and departure, Li made sure I felt as if I had the place to myself! I also had a couple of late night arrivals (2-3am while not the most sober LOL) and if I did wake him, he wouldn’t admit it! I say that just to say he is not some strict overlord, but a laid back, genuine guy that just wants his guests to have a good time. Once again, I give Li and this place a 10/10 and will be staying here again if it’s available my next time in town! If you have any other questions you can reach me directly at 225-354-6321. Cheers!
