About this property

Great Southside 1/1 Casita With Private Entrance

Fun, adorable, fully furnished 520 sq ft 1/1 casita located on the southside of LHC. If you're looking for something different than a typical hotel room, this is a great spot that sleeps 4 comfortably. Summer rental? We're close to the lake. Winter rental, it's very affordable and there's plenty of parking for any/all of your toys. Our casita has a fully stocked kitchen complete with microwave, stove/oven refer, and a living area, with pull out sofa. The queen bed is in a private bedroom and has a full bath. It has great views of the mountains and is on a separate property from the detached house, so you have a private entrance.

Patio dining with charcoal OR gas grill. Sip your cocktails in the evenings while you watch the spectacular sunset skies.

Please note that during certain times of the year, the casita shares a yard area with the owner in his motorhome.

Please note that we do not supply a washer and dryer. Also, if you're bringing a pet, we have a large back and side yard, but, it is not fenced. Fill free to contact me for further information if needed.

Cute casita
The casita was perfect for the two of us. Very well stocked kitchen, storage in the bathroom, huge closet in the bedroom. Quiet location; close to fun things to see or do. Bob and Elaine were extremely easy to connect with. They made sure we had all we needed and even sent us info on things going on in the area. Loved our stay there!
