About this property
Teepee, Bamboo Forest, Minutes from White Rock Lake and The Arboretum
DESCRIPTION:
In this Boho Bungalow you will experience all of the amenities of living in the city, but without the noise, crowds and lack of privacy. The home is tucked away in a less traveled quiet part of Dallas, with Casa Linda park within a 5 minute walk. White Rock Lake is less than 2 miles from the home, and The Arboretum is less than a 2 minute drive from the house. All of the best night life spots are minutes away:
- Deep Ellum 11
- Greenville 12
- Northpark 15
- Oak Lawn 15
- Downtown 13
THE SPACE:
If you enjoy the boho, laid back, cozy, brightly colored home, that feels like you stepped into a bamboo jungle, you will never want to leave the Boho Bungalow.
The home’s furniture has been updated to best accommodate our guests. A study (room) and sectional have been added to the space! Pictures pending!
GUEST ACCESS:
The whole home is accessible to guests.
2 cars can fit in the driveway, and one car can fit in the garage (we encourage guests to keep cars in the driveway versus the garage); we do NOT allow cars to park in front of the home.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
We are available through VRBO messaging! Please feel free to reach out to us with questions or for recommendations!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The backyard has a turfed area, and other spaces for lounging.
For dog owners there is a $100 charge for each dog (up to two dogs) whose combined weight shall not exceed 150 pounds. Reach out with any questions!
Expectation: Guests will disclose whether they are bringing a dog before arrival and pay the dog fee prior to arriving.
Dallas County requires owners to collect a 7% HOT. This will be collected before guests stay at the home.
NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION:
Little Forrest Hills is a place that separates the city life from the quiet, safe, comfortable life.
East Dallas is known for its greenery and parks. Unlike the rest of Dallas, where parks are far and few between, LFH has 3 different parks in close proximity.
Starbucks, Nothing Bundt Cakes are less than 5 minutes away.
Grocery shopping: Whole Foods, Tom Thumb are both close by.
All types of restaurants are just a short drive from the home!
