Enjoy great lake views while relaxing on your front deck! Fix dinner in your well equipped kitchen or enjoy one of the many restaurants in the area. Inside you will have an open living area with lots of natural light. We've added NEW furniture, hardwood flooring & windows for your stay. On the back of the home is main bedroom with a queen bed, sitting area with fireplace, lots of storage & its own deck. The newly renovated bathroom has walk-in shower, plenty of storage, towels and hairdryer. The kids or extra guest will have their own space in the loft bedroom with double bed. The lower level has a washer and dryer, shower, sink and single bed bedroom area. There is a small garage and plenty of parking in the driveway and or across the street. Conveniently located in the heart of resort town Clear Lake, IA. The Surf, city Park, and City, dock, Lady of the Lake Cruise boat, and 2 State Parks are just a few of the popular amenities . Bike trails, fishing, boating, all outdoor sports And many town festivals with fireworks, and there is always something going on.
Work from "home" with WIFI (1G) and Smart TVs, bring your Hulu/Netflix sign-in info.

Safe and comfortable home and location!

My husband and I stayed in the home for almost a month. The location was perfect, especially with the use of the golf cart. If my husband had the car for golf, I could take the golf cart into town to go shopping or the beach. Also loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer downstairs, and being able to cook most of our meals in the home. Sheila was easy to contact and quick to respond to questions. We felt we made a great choice of where to stay!

Good Location

We were there during the Car show weekend. It is just 1 block off of Lake Shore drive. The Car Cruise goes around the lake on Lake shore drive and right by this location.

Was a great location, clean property and just a perfect cabin. The golf cart was an added bonus that we used a lot to drive around town. Definitely staying at this property again

Lake getaway

Comfortable home, nice view of the lake, backyard with a large deck peaceful, & perfect location. The owners were fabulous to work with. The golf cart was fun & loved driving around Clear Lake. We stayed for a whole month & found this place perfect! Thank you Sheila & Jeff!
