Spacious well furnished home, the backyard has a relaxing courtyard feel with lots of green plants and flowering bushes. a fire pit for roasting hot dogs and marshmallows and an outdoor grill for outside dining. This home has a 70" screen tv in the living room and a 55" screen tv in the master bedroom. Safe and quiet neighborhood.

Holiday House stay

This property was perfect! It was cozy and clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with anything needed to cook, bake, or brew morning coffee. The owner was available and easy to communicate with. Great stay…would stay here again!

Clean and Comfortable

We came out to visit with friends and family, the property was very clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed and close to restaurants and shopping on Bell Road. One of our favorite restaurants, State 48 Brewery, was minutes away. The owner was very responsive and ensured we made it into the property. We would recommend this property to anyone coming into Surprise, AZ.

Great location

Paula was very accommodating. Check in was a breeze, home was clean, comfortable and centrally located for shopping, food and outdoor activities. Plenty of room for 4 adults. We will be returning and hope this home will be available to us again. Thank you Paula!

This is an Arizona Sister Act, my two sisters and I purchased this house to enjoy the sunshine, as we live in Montana. It's just a wonderful s escape to sunny Arizona so we can hike, bike, shop, sight see and eat at wonderful restaurants. Drive up to Sedona for lunch, or make a whole day to see the Grand Canyon. Oh and don't forget, you can drive your children or grandchildren to Disneyland, its under a six hour drive. The Zoo/Safari Park is about an 8 minute ride away, plan to spend the day. Whatever you decide to do, have fun and enjoy your stay.

We are so centrally located, close to everything. so much to see and so. Bring your family since it sleeps eight, it has a dining table that can seat everyone, and there's a waffle maker so you can enjoy a delightful breakfast and save the cost of dining out.
