Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 80 euros to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 1 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival. Please bring your own bed linen and towels.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are allowed on demand, for an additional fee of 49€ per pet per stay. Parties are not allowed.
Washing machine service (4€ per machine). Electricity consumption will be paid on site after reading the meter with the owner.
