The cozy living area has a comfortable sofa and a TV, perfect for relaxing in the evening.

The adjoined kitchen and dining table are great for social cooking and eating together. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home-cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well.

The bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed which is made up of fresh and clean linens for your full comfort.

The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower as well as fresh towels and other essential amenities.

The property is also thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before your arrival.

Our property is located in Petit-Montrouge which is a quiet area known for the Paris Catacombs, holding skeletal remains in former quarry tunnels. The Musée de la Libération de Paris covers French WWII history and includes museums about heroes Général Leclerc and Jean Moulin. Overlooked by the 19th-century Saint-Pierre-de-Montrouge Church, the streets around Alésia station have chain stores, while casual eateries and market stalls line Rue Daguerre.

The nearest airport to the property is Airport Charles de Gaulle which is 40 minutes away and you may explore the city by bus or métro.

Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
