Tastefully decorated, this charming 34 m² studio is conveniently located near various top attractions in Paris! The studio is on the 1st floor and can be accessed via an elevator.

The studio is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living space features a comfortable sofa and a sleeping room with a queen bed, complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave. There's also a dining area where you can enjoy meals with your loved ones.

The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials for your convenience, including towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Our studio is located conveniently in the 12th arrondissement. Key pickup is 10 minutes away on foot, and we'll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. Thank you for choosing our home, and we're excited to have you as our guest!

Want to visit Paris but need tranquillity? The 12th arrondissement is made for you! The district comprises villages swallowed up by Paris during its expansion; the XIIth keeps this village atmosphere in the middle of the city; the proof is: that Bercy village is the perfect place to find this village perfume! But if that's not enough for you, go for the Bois de Vincennes, ideal for a walk or a sports session, and the Bassin de Arsenal, a small marina in the heart of the capital. A lot of shops and cafés guarantee a very dynamic atmosphere in this district, especially in the morning. Finally, let yourself be tempted by the planted promenade, which is 4.5 km long and starts at the Bastille and ends near the Bois de Vincennes. It's a unique experience; enjoying a bit of floral couture at such a height is a nice thing to do, especially with the kids.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Dugommier, is just a 3-minutes walk.

Orly Airport is approximately a 45-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
