About this property

This Rehoboth based house is 1.5 miles from Rehoboth Beach and 6.8 miles from Lewes Beach. It’s far enough away from the bustling action of Coastal Highway and the Tanger Outlets that you can find peace in the quiet suburban neighborhood, but also less than 5 minutes from the bustling action. The neighborhood itself is family-friendly with sidewalks twisting throughout the area for you to ride bikes and take walks. The house is also a short 3 minute walk from a clean, private pool that will refresh you on the long Summer days, a clubhouse and a storage lot for your boat or RV.

The house has one bedroom with a queen sized bed and a full bath right next to the room. The couch in the living room also pulls out to reveal a full sized bed to accommodate two additional guests. The closet in the bedroom is stocked with spare sheets for both queen and full sized beds, as well as spare towels. Guests are more than welcome to bring own linens. The open floor plan in the center of the house allows for an inviting area for guests. Living room includes a 55-inch Smart TV with free Wi-Fi and access to shows, movies, videos and music through apps such as Netflix, PrimeVideo, Spotify and YouTube. Additional apps are available to access via own personal subscription.

The kitchen has a stainless steel stove, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with filtered water and ice dispenser. (Water filter lasts six months and is monitored closely.) Kitchen is spacious with dishware, pots and pans available for use. Cleaning materials for the kitchen available under the sink. Keurig and teapot available with K-Cups and tea for guests. Washer and dryer available off kitchen. Dining room has a large square table that seats eight.

There is a screen enclosed porch with a dining area along with a grill and utensils. A fence-enclosed backyard includes a fire pit and additional seating area. Fire starters and a bit of wood is provided to start guests off.

Cleanliness is one of our biggest priorities. We have a team assigned solely to sanitizing the entire space thoroughly after each guest. A list of what has been cleaned can be provided upon request.

Spotless property

House is located in a well established development that is quiet. It is located centrally to both Rehoboth Beach and Lewes, DE. Plenty of restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute drive. If you know some back roads one can navigate bypassing some of heavily traveled RT. 1 traffic. The house was immaculate and quite comfortable. The kitchen had everything one would need if you care to cook some meals or carry in. The owner was quick to respond to questions and attended quickly to one minor security alarm glitch. We would most definitely stay here again for a vacation. It was perfect for us for a long weekend mini getaway!

Yaritza was wonderful and so was her property in Rehoboth Beach! I highly recommend visiting and it’s perfect for small families. It’s a quick and easy drive to the beach and all other excursions! Everything was perfect!

Lovely Family Getaway

Our experience was wonderful. The house was immaculate. Yaritza is a fabulous host and responsive to any questions we had. You can see she takes great pride in her home. The house was very comfortable and welcoming. The location was perfect, close to the beach and shops. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you for making our first time in Delaware so memorable.

In 2020, we finally got the chance to buy a house in the area and we loved the space so much that we wanted to share it with all of you.
