Ideal location, 3 minutes by car from the Thalasso, the tennis club, not far from the golf course, and halfway between Arcachon and Le Moulleau.
PS: the owner is willing to accept the presence of a small dog only (well-behaved and well-behaved!). Please respect these instructions or the deposit will be retained if any damage is caused.

Please note that there is no door to the bedroom, so we recommend this apartment for 2 or 3 people (sofa bed in the living room).

- Separate kitchen with hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine ( no dishwasher )

- A garden / terrace of approx. 23m², a real extra room to enjoy the sun until the evening.

To start your stay, we'll provide you with a few coffee capsules, different types of tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, toilet paper, shower gel and a few washing machine tablets.

Enjoy all the attractions of the Bassin, and discover the spectacular Ville d'Hiver district in Arcachon, with its superb turn-of-the-century houses, park and belvedere offering a breathtaking view of the Bassin! The little train opposite the tourist office will give you plenty of ideas for things to discover and a great overview, a treat for young and old alike... At lunchtime, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the Bassin's oyster ports, then set off to conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla! If you feel like taking to the open sea, there are regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty to Cap Ferret, Ile aux oiseaux and the famous cabanes tchanquées! The Banc d'Arguin, transparent water, paradise on earth! Cruise down the Leyre to the Le Teich ornithological park, where you can choose to be accompanied by a guide, or alone with your kayak - sublime! Great bike rides thanks to the many cycle paths that run along the Bassin ,bike rental companies are plentiful in Arcachon!
