You will be calling this deluxe and spacious condo home in no time! Country Club Villas #338 has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeping loft for two. Combined with the amazing Pacific Ocean views, convenient location and amenities, this will make this your go-to vacation rental on the Big Island.

THE UNIT:
This unit has recently (2021) been professionally remodeled and re-furnished with premium furniture and decor. The flexible space and floor plan is perfect for families, adults and children alike. We overlook the 17th hole of the prestigious Kona Country Club Golf Course, making for unobstructed and mesmerizing sunsets. Spend early mornings on your private lanai,cook meals in your fully equipped and newly remodeled kitchen, and stay connected with internet and WiFi if you need to work remotely. Winter whale sightinghappens daily off your lanai which includes a table to seat 6 and a gas grill. You'll alsohave your own in-unit washer and dryer. Main suite is furnished with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. 2nd bedroom includes a queen bed and access to the 2nd shared bathroom. The loft has twin day beds and is also a great television, gaming or yoga area. All rooms have televisions, and the unit comfortably sleeps six.

LOCATION:
Country Club Villas is very well located in Kailua-Kona, just a short walk to Keauhou Shopping Center with many restaurants, multiplex movie theater, KTA Grocery store,CVS drug store, and Farmer's Market every Saturday. There is also a pick-up point for shuttle to downtown; Kailua is a darling little beach town with good restaurants and shopping only 6 miles away. This unit is just a few steps to one of the 3 community pools and 2 tennis courts on site. Guest parking spaces are very near the unit.

ACTIVITIES:
Kahalu'u Beach Park is 1 mile away and boasts the best snorkeling on the island. Magic Sands beach is 2 miles away and is a great boogie boarding beach with a fun vibe.There are many beautiful beaches; one of our favorites is Hapuna State Park which is a huge white sand beach with clear turquoise water and gentle waves. There are so many sights to see on this island that you will not have time in a week to visit them all - but we've packaged our favorites if you would like some recommendations.

This is a non-smoking and no pets property. There is no smoking on the lanai's or walk-ways at this complex. There is a designated smoking area near the main entrance. Minimum night varies seasonally, 7 -10 nights.

Great family stsy

The Country Club condos were the perfect place for our family getaway. We rented 3 units & enjoyed the pools (perfect for kids), the proximity to grocery stores, and so many beaches within a 30 min drive. Our condo was beautiful. It did get hot in there as it is on the 3rd floor. The fans helped, and there is AC in the master. The view of the sunset was priceless!

Exceptional condo!!

We were so happy to find the unit spotless when we arrived! Very well appointed and equipped. Lovely decor and beautifully renovated. Comfortable beds and new appliances. Prop management was quick to respond with any concerns (couldn’t find storage locker key and broken salad spinner) Only complaint was daytime noise, bet we were hardly ever there! Overall a great stay!

Good Unit but impacted by Alii Drive road noise

The unit is very nice and exactly as advertised. It was clean and well-appointed. The view is lovely, and features a front row seat to sunsets. The only drawback is that it sits very close to Alii Drive, and when the back windows and screen door are open, the noise is very noticeable. The unit has a very small AC unit in the main bedroom, which we did not use as it was very loud and not very effective. All in all, this was a very nice place to stay, but the noise can be annoying.

Wonderful

We just came back and had a wonderful stay. You feel like you are in a cabana. Beautiful views, spacious, very responsive property management,. We loved the house sparrows flying in and out for a bread crumb. Fantastic sunsets!
