116 E. Gardenia #4 is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, 2nd floor condo located just a block from the beach. The condo features a modern open concept kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with all stainless steel appliances and comes fully stocked with all pots, pans, dish-ware and utensils. Off the kitchen is a dining table for six, with additional bar seating. The living room features a full size sleeper sofa and comfortable love seat. Gather around the flat screen TV and watch your favorite shows, movies or games!
The master bedroom features a Queen bed and flat screen TV. Off the master is a private balcony where you can enjoy a warm cup of coffee in the morning or a night cap after a day of exploring South Padre Island. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additional guests have access to a shared guest bathroom with combination shower/bathtub. The guest bedroom is equipped with a Full size bed and a set of Twin bunk beds.
