116 E. Gardenia #4 is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, 2nd floor condo located just a block from the beach. The condo features a modern open concept kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with all stainless steel appliances and comes fully stocked with all pots, pans, dish-ware and utensils. Off the kitchen is a dining table for six, with additional bar seating. The living room features a full size sleeper sofa and comfortable love seat. Gather around the flat screen TV and watch your favorite shows, movies or games!

The master bedroom features a Queen bed and flat screen TV. Off the master is a private balcony where you can enjoy a warm cup of coffee in the morning or a night cap after a day of exploring South Padre Island. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additional guests have access to a shared guest bathroom with combination shower/bathtub. The guest bedroom is equipped with a Full size bed and a set of Twin bunk beds.

Awesome Place!

The place was pretty true to the pictures. Walking distance from the beach was not bad even after being in the hot sun all day. It was very clean and pretty well equipped/stocked, including the unexpected shampoo and conditioner provided in the bathrooms within the unit (We had expected to bring our own). Walking distance to lots of local businesses as well if you don't want to drive.

Great place close to the beach!

This condo was super nice and clean! It was also within walking distance to the beach. My family of 6 had a great time! The kids especially enjoyed the pool in the evenings after we got home from the beach. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and cooked quite a few meals at the condo. It was really nice to have a washer and dryer to wash our beach clothes and towels every night. Nice quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this property!

Not great communication, great property

Housekeeping was still working on the room and putting in shampoo soap etc at 11:30am, check in is 11am. Messaging SPI rentals does no good - just show up at the office, it's about 2 blocks away. Pool could have been cleaner, but there are 4 beautiful trees that are causing the plant pieces in the pool, and we loved the mature trees and lovely tropical garden around the pool - just needed skimming. The king bed was comfy and clean, great shower, kitchen was clean, well stocked with kitchen tools, blender, cold fridge. Ac worked well, especially considering the humidity, we stayed cool and comfy. The steps can be slippery, so do be careful when it gets rainy. Would stay at unit 4 again. Beautiful view of the pool from the balcony.

I found small pieces of broken glass in the master bedroom's bathroom and it was a bit scary to find one under my foot, luckily, I did not get hurt. :( And we felt there were less towels than we needed. If the unit fits 6, why did we get only two big towels ??
