Access this modest, cozy studio with a kitchenette and private 3/4 bathroom via simple self-check-in through your private entrance. Perched a half-mile above Williams Lake in Cheney, this small apartment is ideal for relaxing and unwinding, watching the wildlife, or visiting the lake. You may relax, picnic, or play in our outdoor spaces and visit our Nigerian dwarf goats (Jelly and Ruben) and our rooster (Bok Choy). Xanny's restaurant at Bunker's resort is a half-mile away and (open summer only).

This rural guest apartment is 15 miles from town and has limited/no cellular phone service. Wifi internet is only 15mbps out here in the country, so this property is not ideal for remote work from home. That said, you can log your phone onto the internet for wifi calling and messaging (if equipped).

The apartment is modest and simple but clean and cozy. There is a television/antenna with about a dozen channels, a bed with extra bedding, a desk and chairs, window air-conditioning and heating. The kitchenette has a full-sized refrigerator and freezer, microwave, miccrowave oven, hot plate, coffee maker, and dishes and utensils.

The tranquil setting is home to deer, rabbits, coyotes, and all kinds of birdlife. Watch wild sunrises and sunsets from just outside your door. This property is not open to people visiting for hunting.
