Why go anywhere else?

Excellent accommodation. Clean and fully equipped. Car parking in a safe, locked area. Owner was friendly and helpful. Location was great for all areas of Birmingham city centre. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

You have to walk 25 minutes round trip to collect keys! Almost impossible when you are in a wheelchair! Got a text on the morning of checkin, it was so much hassle for a disabled person that we simply checked into a proper hotel. The keys were miles away round trip as some petrol garage!

It has a smart TV, fast free and reliable WIFI. It has a king size bed and two sofa beds and a cot bed at request. A kitted kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee marker,pans,spices and some snacks. It has a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, carbon monoxide detector and a cooler.

There is CCTV in the communal area, free parking for one car in a secured parking on site. Its in a quiet and great location. The central business district is easily accessible and 0.8 miles away. The Grand central train station is 0.8 miles away and the Children hospital is 0.5 miles. The Airport is 15.5 miles away and the journey takes 20 minutes.
