UTILITIES

The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high.

All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.

Perfect Getaway

Our group of two families had absolute blast at this property. The house is extremely spacious and clean, with all the amenities of home. The pool/backyard area is amazing after a long day touring the beaches. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots and pans you could desire. We will definitely book this place again the next time we’re in T&C. Plasticware for use around the pool. Umbrellas for the pool area since there isn’t a lot of shade in the afternoons. Keep an eye on the wasp population. We saw a few nests around the outside of the property. Overall we had an amazing time. We will be back.

What a great vacation!

Everything was beautiful from the time we stepped into the villa! There was space enough for all 8 of us. Space to come together and space to just chill and do our own thing. The pool was a great addition and the dual shower in the master bedroom was outstanding. Everything was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed, including detergent, bug spray, pool towels, beach chairs, etc. The property manager Shaunta was ALWAYS available and a phone call away with helpful advice and service. We would highly recommend this villa for a group of 8! Our only wish was that there was another full bathroom for shower purposes.

Modern and stylish

We really enjoyed our stay at 24 dolphin lane. The home was immaculate with modern and sleek decor! In addition the concierge service provided was top tier! 10/10 I would definitely recommend. There should be labels around the pool indicating how deep it is for safety purposes. Areas that we expected to be shallow were actually a little deep.

Relaxation + Beauty

This home is incredibly clean, relaxing, and beautiful. My husband and I appreciate all the details that went into making the home enjoyable. It is conducive to hanging out together and spreading out. The backyard is wonderful. The lounge furniture is so comfortable. My kids loved the hammock. And the strategic placement of vegetation gave it a really private feel. (Only thing that would make the pool better is a pool heater.) The kitchen is stocked with any appliance, dish, pot, utensil you can think of! The house is in a good location about 8 minute drive from downtown Provo and close to Leeward Highway. Shauna from TKCA checked us in and did a marvelous job with helpful + fun recommendations. Stay here and come back recharged.
