Chouette appart, emplacement top !

L'appartement nous a vraiment semblé spacieux, c'est hyper agréable, surtout avec des enfants. Je lisais sur les autres commentaires que l'appartement était en travaux, c'est vrai mais sincèrement, ça n'enlève rien au confort actuel. Pour l'emplacement, dur de faire mieux pour ceux qui veulent profiter de la plage, des petits restos, magasins et du marché. Bref, nous sommes ravis !

séjour à Wissant

L'appartement est idéalement situé, face à la mer, on est directement sur la digue. Il est spacieux, mais effectivement en cours de rénovation, ce qui je pense pourrait être préciser dans l'annonce. Mais cela ne gêne en rien le séjour. Petit bémol sur la literie, que j'ai trouvé un peu inconfortable. Pour le reste, la cuisine est bien équipée avec ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Un autre petit bémol sur la wifi inexistante (problème non lié au propriétaire mais à la situation géographique), il faudrait peut-être également le préciser dans l'annonce.Notre séjour a été très agréable.

Fantastisch appartement

Prachtig appartement gelegen op een prachtige plaats aan de boulevard van Wissant. Vriendelijke ontvangst en goede communicatie met de eigenaresse. Zeer sfeervol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien, dik compliment!! Ik boek het volgende keer weer!

Appartement en travaux. Vieux mobiliers affreux, . Vaisselle dépareillée, pas assez de verres et tasses. Pas de Wifi comme prévu. Prises électriques défectueuses. Fils d'éclairage apparents. Honteux pour une location.

Déception

Le prix de la location est bien trop cher ( mars 2024)pour l'état dans lequel se trouve le bien. Aucune pièce n'est terminée (fils électriques et tuyauterie apparents, manque de peinture sur les murs,calcaire dans le WC).La chambre vue mer n'a ni chauffage,ni électricité...Pas de détecteur de fumée ni d'extincteur dans l'immeuble. Location pour 6!Hum! Manque de vaisselle, casserole non conforme pour l'induction!Peu de confort: 4 fauteuils pour 6..Nous n'y retournerons pas!
