Welcome to your spacious home, away from home! Brand new build complete in November 2020 with amazing finishes and detail. Perfect home base for events, family gatherings, long stays, and exploring the Treasure Valley. Guests love our fully stocked kitchen, movie room, foosball table, beautiful views, running trails, and large community parks. Quick access to I-84 for access to anywhere in the valley. Quiet and removed from the hustle and bustle. Come and enjoy our house.

It is a beautiful in house and we were all comfortable in the house. It was a bedroom on main floor with a queen and a bathroom across hall down stairs upstairs there was a king with own bedroom and a huge walk-in closet big enough for a queen bed. Then a room with a queen and a room with four singles sharing a bathroom.

Clean, basic rental in great location.

The bunk beds for the kids were uncomfortable plastic mattresses, could upgrade those. There is no BBQ grill, that would also be great to add. It is a nice, clean and basic rental, it would be nice to put a little effort into some of the items listed above. It is in a good location and it is a very clean property, great jungle gym and basketball court for the kids (basketball in the closet was flat so we bought one). Just could use a few more touches to make it great.

Celebrated Grandma's 90th Birthday Celebration!

Our adult children and their children stayed here with us while we celebrated Grandma's 90th Birthday. It worked out very well! The walk-in closet was a perfect place for the baby to sleep (Host also provided a Pack 'n Play and high chair). Great house!
