- Master suite with queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite bathroom with bath, vanity unit, WC, dressing room. The suite opens onto an enclosed terrace in the building's inner courtyard.

First floor:
- A 30 m² living room with TV and dining area.
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 2: pull-out bed (2 single beds)
- Bedroom 3: double sofa bed
- Bathroom with shower, vanity unit and heated towel rail
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 20 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Ajaccio, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
Ajaccio is a lively town offering a wide range of cultural, natural and leisure activities
- A promenade along the sea where you can stroll or jog
- The Bloody Island
- Saint-François beach at the foot of the Citadel
- Capo beach, where you can enjoy water sports such as paddle boarding and surfing
- Maison Bonaparte National Museum
- Visit the Place d'Austerlitz with its statue and grotto of Napoleon
- Fireworks at the bottom of the street, with a breathtaking view of the Place Miot
- The nearest beach is Trottel

Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the adjoining streets, which are free of charge (public squares).

- Less than 10 min by car from the bus station
- Less than 10 min from the ferry terminal
