A 7-minute walk from Toulon train station, near the Place d’armes, the area is very practical with its many amenities and easy access to communication routes. The Toulon Arsenal is a 10-minute walk away. The beaches (Mourillon) are accessible by car or bus in less than 10 minutes.

Many amenities nearby: supermarket, newsagent, tobacconist, boutiques, banks, bakeries, café, bar, nightclub, restaurant, snack bar, park, media library, museum, gallery, ready-to-wear store, school, university, port pleasure boating, Cours Lafayette Provençal Market (Tuesday to Sunday)…
