San Marco Apartment Condo Jacksonville FL

This apartment condo is brand modern and new as well as very nicely furnished. It could use a few more minor kitchen items. We walked the complex and found the swimming pool area very convenient as well as the Lobby common area. The location was very easy to get on I-95 and close to shopping, restaurants.

Disappointed

Code for the door wouldn’t work and couldn’t get ahold of owner. When we finally were able to get in, there was a ring camera INSIDE the apartment. To protect our privacy we removed the battery in it and contacted owner to let her know and the response we received was “the camera is to prevent guests from throwing parties and it is against the rules to mess with that”. That’s an extreme breach of privacy. That being said, the apartment was beautiful and clean but will not be renting from this owner ever again.

Close to everything

This apartment is exactly as shown and We grew to really like the community of San Marco. You can walk to many excellent restaurants and coffee shops within 5 blocks! It is close to major roads to take you into downtown jacksonville and south to St. Augustine and east to beautiful beaches. Great for biking, safe for walking and in fact we biked across the river and to downtown on 17 minutes. Our host was available for any questions we asked. Building is brand new. The gym is great. The pool is huge and although not heated I was in every day!
