You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Decorated in a relaxing farmhouse style, this home won't disappoint. Located less than a mile from fantastic-near Fresh Market, Aiken Downtown Horse District, Bruces Field, Polo Field, Aiken Training Center, Palmetto Golf Course, Odell Weeks, etc. This property offers 2 bedrooms, 1 ½ baths and plenty of room for relaxing.

The Space
The space is recently renovated and decorated in a relaxing farmhouse style. The bedrooms are simple and clean to allow room for your stay. Large backyard with a nice patio area to relax after a round of golf or day of horse showing.

Guess access
A car in needed to access most of Aiken. Within walking distance to Odell Weeks. A short bike ride to Bruce's Field and Aiken's Horse District. Parking is located on the right side of driveway for this portion of the house. Exterior security cameras are located outside for added security.

Other things to note
This house is shared by a common wall to adjacent one bedroom short term rental. Both portions of the home can be rented together if needed. For long term stays beyond two weeks there will be a cleaning service every two weeks coming in at guests expense. The expense is equal to the cleaning one time fee at each cleaning.

Great house

The house was perfect. Close to a lot of things, some of which were walkable. Great park less than half mile away. House was clean and had everything you needed. Host was very responsive.

Cozy in Aiken

Cozy, clean and comfortable stay. House had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and lounge area, and kitchen was well stocked with supplies for cooking. Short drive to downtown Aiken. Would love to stay again!
