Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home for your family to enjoy.
Spend the day exploring the lake by kayak, paddle board, peddle boat or renting a boat from nearby marina. Wind down and enjoy the beautiful sunsets in hot hub. Great local hiking trails near by or visit quaint Warwick. Enjoy dinner and drinks with live music at local lake side restaurants.

The outside of home is monitored by 3 RING cameras - located at front doorbell, second-floor roadside entrance, and second-floor lakeside entrance. The front doorbell camera monitors the entrance to and from the front door. The second-floor roadside camera provides lighting upon movement and covers the front walkway and parking area. Second-floor lake entrance camera provides lighting upon movement to and from the back staircase and covers the back door and lakeside stairs to the dock.

Boats, jet skis, and all contents within shed are strictly off-limits and not included as part of rental.

Location

Property is North of the southeast corner of a very long Lake running north south. Cove restaurant and others are less than ten minutes away. BBQ and hotub, kayaks and paddleboard provided, so what more could you want? Dave and Donna were very friendly and accommodating allowing me to bring my 12-ft sunfish to use during my stay.
