- a second bedroom (30 m²) with a double bed (140), a desk and a dressing room;
- a 25 m² children's bedroom with a bunk bed;
- three functional bathrooms adjoining each bedroom;
- and a fully-equipped open kitchen (high quality).

You'll particularly appreciate the bright, east-west aspect and the magnificent view over the rooftops of Paris and the Sacré-Coeur.

During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron, fan, etc.

The apartment is well appointed. It's close to restaurants and transport links.
You'll also find a "Lidl" supermarket at the foot of the building for your everyday needs.

## Emplacement
The 10ᵉ arrondissement of the city of Paris is now a prized sector of the Right Bank, where many students share large, old Haussmann apartments, where theaters, cafés and restaurants are never empty. Occupying a strategic position between the Grands Boulevards overlooking Montmartre, Place de la République and beyond, Bastille and Belleville, but also Stalingrad, the 10ᵉ arrondissement seems in the middle of everything, and is therefore within reach of an infinite number of attractions in just a few minutes by metro or bike. What's more, the major and popular transit centers Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est are both located in the 10ᵉ, ensuring a continuous population mix.
