When you are looking for a mountain retreat, the Evergreen Townhomes should be at the top of your list! Your family will not only be a short walk away from the base of the ski resort, but you will also have incredible views of the ski area as you gaze out the wall of windows at Heavenly Daze and the Steamboat Gondola carrying visitors to the top of the ski area.
After the champagne powder falls and you are ready to hit the slopes, it is an easy five-minute walk to cross the street over to the base of the ski resort. You are also right next to WildPlum Eatery, a community-centered grocer with spirits and dine-in eating that brings elevated goodness to the Boat! You are just a few minutes away from the base area promenade where there is shopping, dining, and various ski and snowboard rental shops. There is also an outdoor heated lap pool and a shared hot tub conveniently located in the center of the complex.
This spacious unit is spread out over three different levels with over 2,500-square-feet of living area.
If you have a large group or two families in need of plenty of separate beds for sleeping, this is a great option! There are two main bedrooms with attached bathrooms, flatscreen TVs, and high-speed WiFi. There is an attached one-car garage with plenty of room to store everyone’s skis and snowboards after you are done on the slopes.
Features of this luxury townhome include huge vaulted ceilings in the great room, plenty of windows to bring in wonderful natural light and incredible views of the Ski Resort, a gas log fireplace with stone surround and a log mantle, and beautiful furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to create a great meal for your friends and family. There is a large dining table with plenty of seating for everyone and additional spots at the bar area if you need more room. The living room has a leather couch and chair, a large flatscreen TV. There is also a slider off the main floor leading to a large deck with a gas grill and a dining table.
The main bedroom located on the top floor has a flatscreen TV, a private deck with ski resort views, and a five-piece en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower, and a spacious walk-in closet. The main level of the townhome has the second main bedroom with an attached full bathroom. Across the hallway are the kids’ room and a full bathroom. The lower entry level of the unit includes the fourth bedroom with an attached full bathroom. There is also a laundry room on the lower level with a washer and dryer.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
