Quiet Serenity with a Spectacular View of Drumheller Valley

Enjoy approximately 2500 square feet of a open floor plan with a huge kitchen and a eating area.

The home has several sitting areas with the most awesome view of the valley. The house is situated on a large lot facing east into the morning sun. It has two decks, one on front and a two tiered deck on the rear with BBQ along with outside security camera for Security Purposes.

Walking into the front door puts you in one of two living room areas on the main floor and looking into a large kitchen with a 4 x 6 island with a sink and dishwasher. The floor is finished with Brazilian Cherry hardwood throughout most of the floor.

The other sitting area is on the front of the house with three large windows to look in all directions of the valley. The main floor has a master bedroom and walk-in closet, as well as a large bathroom with a freestanding tub andwasher and dryer.

Upstairs gives you two bedrooms, one being another large master bedroom with a walk-in closet and sitting area. The second room is also spacious and has a queen beds and sitting area.

The bathroom possesses a double sink, vanity with mirror and a 4' shower.

The basement is finished with 9' ceilings. There is 2 bedrooms both with queen beds. The family room is spacious and has a large flat screen TV with DVD. The bathroom downstairs is a three piece with a shower.
There also is over 300 DVDs to View. This Vacation Rental is Charged 4% on Guest stays for Alberta Tourism Levy. Under 28 day stays.

Awesome house in cool town

My hubsband and myself moved to Drumheller in 1996 with a transfer with the Rcmp. He did 8 Years undercover and also was a Art Composit Drawer with the RCMP. A Total of 27 Years Service. We loved the historic community of East Coulee which he built this beautiful house for our family. Due to unforseen health with our adopted son in and out of the Childrens Hospital we ended up leaving this property sitting vacant. A dear friend suggested we turn this property into a vacation rental and here we are today. We will always be greatful to these friends as today this allows me to be flexible for son when he needs us. My hubi is retired from the RCMP and we own rental properties and run a construction business along with the vacation rentals. We are very PROUD that this Property Donates to the Stollery Hospital /Childrens Hospital which is our way of Paying It forward. This Property is set up for Tourism and we are required to Pay a Alberta Tourism Levy of 4 %. Tax. THANK you. We Appreciate Everyones Business as we are a Small Business.
