Enjoy a mountain getaway in this beautiful updated and modern townhome w/private decks to soak in the breathtaking mountain views. Newly remodeled exterior in June 2022. Nestled in the Rocky Mountains and just two miles (on the free Summit Stage bus route with the bus stop just steps away) from downtown Breckenridge, this townhome has it all for moutdoor play, relaxation, and easy downtown access. Perfect for families or friends!

The townhome is divided into three floors with the queen bedroom located off the kitchen, the large king bedroom on the second floor and an additional open sleeping loft space that has a futon bunk bed and connects to the back deck by airy french doors. Both the main floor and second floor have a full bathroom. Continue up the double spiral staircase and you will come to the third floor with additional open sleeping loft space, with so many breathtaking views of the mountains. In this loft there are two sets of twin bunk beds, please note one of the top beds is more suited for a child due to the ceiling slope.

The townhome is located on the end of the unit, surrounded by quiet serenity and forest. Everything in this townhome is remodeled and brand new. Your amazing trip to Breckenridge awaits you!

Excellent stay

Loved the property. Quick drive to town or close to the free shuttle. Plenty of room for our 8 family members. Check in was easy. Host was responsive. All around, great experience.

Great Place for Families

We had a great stay at this property, only 2 miles from Breck Main Street. The property is updated and clean. Would be great for families with younger children as our teenage+ kids felt big in the bunk beds. Kitchen utensils and supplies were what we needed to cook several meals. Showers were nice and hot. Parking is a little tough if you don't like to back up for a bit, and in the snow it's hard to tell exactly where to park. :) Overall a great place to stay in Breck.

Quiet, Beautiful View

Checkin was super easy, neighbors were all very friendly. Townhouse was easy to get to, not far from town and very spacious for a family of 5. Stunning views from all the windows and balconies.

First time to Colorado

All I can say is you need to stay here if you are in Breck for a holiday. Great location. Very, very clean. Marion was awesome! We had an issue with the heater upstairs. We contacted her and she got back to us immediately. Her husband even called and offered to send someone out. We have already referred the townhome out to two friends. Great for couples or families with kids. Highly recommend

Great Stay

We loved the location. Very easy to get to downtown Breck and avoid Main Street traffic. We felt the pictures pretty well represented the condo’s living space. Check in/out was easy and owner was very responsive to questions ahead of time. Good hiking right from the Condo with a number of trailheads within a mile. Would stay again.
