This cottage is located directly across a county road from beautiful Park Lake just outside of Pardeeville, WI. The cottage is not on the water, a quick walk down the county road brings you to the lake shore for fishing or putting in your boat or the provided kayaks. The fully furnished open floor plan sleeps four comfortably. Two kayaks, charcoal grill and gas fire pit are available for your pleasure. You may even see an Amish buggy coming down the road. The sunsets are memorable.

Enjoy and relax in the village of Pardeeville, the “city of lakes”, a community with numerous activities. The boat landing can be viewed from the cottage as well as shore fishing. Enjoy local golfing, Wisconsin Dell attractions, hiking the bluffs at Devils Lake, multiple farmer markets, winter sledding, cross country and downhill skiing. At the end of the day, enjoy the sunset over Park Lake from this cozy cottage

Hidden Gem!

Recently stayed at the Lakeview cottage and it was an exceptional experience. The comfort of the cottage along with cozy Adirondack chairs and a nice gas fire pit overlooking the lake make it perfect for relaxing evenings. Steven, the host was outstanding in communication, ensuring a smooth and welcoming stay. This place is a hidden gem!

Cozy and adorable

I came here to relax and unwind and it was perfect for that. Drank my coffee out on the chairs on front and loved the view of the water. Leaves changing were so pretty

In the Fall on 2020, we relocated to the area from Madison, WI. Spent 20 years in the Madison area where we still own and operate Crema Cafe on the Eastside of Madison.

My wife, Allison and our 6 children wanted a lifestyle change by moving away from the busy city lifestyle. We are more than happy with the change we made. The Pardeeville area is terrific and we have settled in nicely.

Many years of restaurant experience has given me the understanding of how to take care of people. I intend to bring this customer service experience to our vacation rental business.

Why they chose this property

We originally looked at this property as a personal residence for our older children. Our home residence is on a wooden lot with no sunset views. This property has beautiful sunsets every night! We have always had an interest in vacation rentals, so this made perfect sense to build on my years of customer service experience.

What makes this property unique

This property was part of 6 cottage fishing resort from the 1960's. Original owner came for the Chicago area to open the resort. We were able to purchase this property from the daughter, the last cottage from the family. We look to carry on the vacation rental tradition.
