Across the street from GCU. Brand new AC unit + smart thermostat, HDMI cords for device hook up, and all the amenities you could think of to help you cook. We are in a gated, urban neighborhood. If you are looking for a luxury neighborhood then this is probably not your neighborhood. It's an up and coming area being gentrified near GCU. We want to be clear, because we want your review to be based on what we provide to you in terms of our style, amenities etc... Please keep expectations realistic considering the neighborhood. If you’re familiar with the area surrounding GCU, you know exactly what I am talking about. If you have questions, please ask PRIOR to booking. I have created a fantastic space that has all of the amenities you can think of as well as upgrades and only expect to be judged on what is advertised. Thank you so much!
