About this property

Beautiful, renovated 2 bedroom apartment on the Lauterbacher port in the white town of Putbus on Rügen, 52 sqm, with a sunny terrace in a quiet location, but still only 2 minutes from the port. Ideal for 2-4 guests, bedroom with double bed, extra bed in the living room, living room furniture April 2017 new, modern bathroom with shower, pantry, terrace with garden use, free Wi-Fi
Children under 3 years stay free with parents.
Please note that there is a final cleaning fee of 50 € to be paid at the time of collection of the keys.

Also good for seniors and disabled without wheelchair suitable because ground floor.
Good recreational opportunities, bike and boat rentals with sailing school in the immediate vicinity. Several good local restaurants.
Binz and the other seaside resorts are easy to reach by car, bike or the well-known small railway Rasender Roland.
A travel cot is available, dogs are allowed after consultation.

Gut für 2

Insgesamt sehr schön. Für 3 Personen ist die Unterkunft viel zu eng. Die Ausstattung könnte etwas besser sein. Zum Beispiel nur große Plastikschüsseln. Tisch draußen viel zu klein zum frühstücken etc.

Alles bestens

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und auch sehr sauber. Es war alles wichtige vorhanden. Die Lage war auch sehr gut. Der Hafen war in 2 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Es waren auch viele Restaurants im Umfeld vorhanden. Der Strand in Binz ist Empfehlenswert.

Kurze Bewertung von Lage und Wohnung

Die Nähe zum Hafen war für uns der absolute Pluspunkt. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen angenehm. Straßengeräusche dringen bis zur Terrasse kaum vor. In der Nähe mehrere Restaurants. Als Ausgangspunkt für Fahradtouren und Wanderungen sehr gut geeinet. Zwei kleine Einschränkungen: die Lage im Erdgeschoss verbietet es, nachts die Fenster weit zu öffnen und leider gibt es keinen Stellplatz fürs Auto. Wir haben allerdings in der Nähe einen Platz zum Abstellen gefunden.
