804 Styling Suite - Superb Duplex

La Suite Styling, is a 50 m2 apartment. It has been designed to provide comfortable accommodation for 5 people. The property is located on the 4th floor of a secure building without elevator.

The layout is as follows:

- Cosy living room with 1 double sofa bed, TV and dining table.
- Open-plan kitchen fully equipped with coffee, sugar and tea capsules.
- Upstairs large bedroom with 2 double beds and 1 single bed.
- Modern bathroom with shower gel kit, shampoo and hairdryer.
- 1 comfortable toilet in bathroom.

Enjoy the many conveniences available in the apartment:

- Washing machine, TV screen, free Wi-Fi, iron.
- Cooker, microwave oven, toaster, Nespresso machine.
- Bed linen (sheets and blankets), 1 set of towels per person.

In this apartment, you'll have all the comforts you need for a memorable stay.

The apartment is entirely reserved for travelers, and you have access to the entire apartment.

However, if you are due to arrive after 10.30pm, it is essential that you read and follow to the letter the independent arrival guide provided. This will ensure smooth access to the property and prevent any unforeseen problems during your installation.

Please note that after 10:30 pm, we will no longer be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary.

Restaurants, bars and nightlife: The apartment's neighborhood is convenient for quick access to restaurants, cocktail bars and nightclubs.

- Cot available on request for a supplement of 40€.

- Telephone assistance available from 9:00 am to 11 pm, 7 days a week.
- This apartment is not suitable for P.R.M. (people with reduced mobility).
